A V-neck allows for easy on and off over your head, while the raglan cut sleeves provide space for a full range of motion in the arms. The back is cut slightly longer to provide coverage when bending. Two loops on the chest provide a space for your on-call phone or I.D. badge, while the left chest pocket handles the rest - large enough to fit your cell phone and other quick access items, with an included pen pocket within.
