A V-neck allows for easy on and off over your head, while the raglan cut sleeves provide space for full range of motion in the arms. The back is cut slightly longer to provide coverage when bending. Two loops on the chest provide a space for your on-call phone or i.d. badge, while the left chest pocket handles the rest - large enough to fit your cell phone, and other quick access items, with an included pen pocket within.
